Advance Notice
- For planning purposes, I require a minimum of 10 days’ notice FMTY requests. However, I always appreciate longer notice, as it allows me to manage my time more effectively. Last-minute requests are never guaranteed.
Location
- Visits are made only to high-end residences or 4 to 5-star hotels.
Deposit
- I ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon my arrival and should be paid discreetly in cash at our meeting. FMTY Travel Expenses
- To confirm our future meeting, I require 100% of the travel expenses (international round-trip airfare in business or first class, as well as my accommodation, admissions, food and transportation costs (Uber, train, etc.)) to be paid in advance. Regarding accommodation, I prefer to stay in a 4 or 5-star hotel. For privacy reasons, I always take care of booking my hotel and my flight ticket. This allows me to meet you anywhere in the world.
- For international travel outside USA please contact me directly as, depending on the destination and duration, consideration may vary. I ask you this in advance to inform me at least a week, if this is possible.
Currency
- All rates for my services are indicated in USD. However, you may make the payment in any currency, provided that the amount is equivalent to the corresponding amount. If so, please inform me by email.
